I’m passionate about healthy living, and I have been for as long as I can remember. I started this blog to document my original recipes and to show how I like to make healthy choices fun, attainable, and delicious.
I eat dessert every single day without exception (my husband and I especially love what we like to call “lunch dessert” AKA the mid-day sweet treat). I enjoy experimenting with quality ingredients and making our favorite desserts in a nutritious way! EWWD is my way of documenting these good eats and hoping you might enjoy them too.
Why did I start this now? .. Well, I recently read “you are not too old, and it is not too late to do what makes you happy”. Kind of powerful, right? I really love making food that tastes and feels good. I find it fun. A little corny, but it lights me up and brings me joy. Is the blog space over-saturated? Probably. Are there enough banana bread recipes out there? Yes. Will my content be “unique” enough? Who knows! But I’m excited to give this a try and I hope it brings me and YOU happiness 🙂 Thanks for reading.
